TPU目前适合FDM技术3D打印方式，打印效果良好，选用的TPU材料硬度值必须是85A以上，打印丝越硬其打印效果越佳（打印丝容易被挤出,流量稳定），需要注意的是，打印挤出方式以近程挤出为主，远程挤出机打印TPU的机率不高，且打印速度不要超过20，速度越慢越好，否则出料跟不上进料打印丝会弯曲溢出，打印温度的控制一般在190至198度之间为佳，因为是软质材料，TPU材料不易翘边，可以不需要喷头冷却风扇，下面是打印TPU材料的基本参数供参考。
